Installation and maintenance of over 60 revegetation sites, involving the planting of over 2 million trees as part of Brisbane City Council's commitment to make Brisbane a carbon-neutral city.
This project is part of our arboriculture capability, delivered across the Arboriculture in Brisbane service area for Brisbane City Council.
Scope & highlights
What the job involved.
- Ground preparation including site clearing, rubbish removal, slashing, herbicide application and cultivation
- Tube stock installation including plant preparation, planting, mulching, bagging and staking
- Maintenance including line trimming, mowing, herbicide application, mulching and plant replacement
- Weed management, replacement of missing or vandalised plants, and pick-up and disposal of ground litter
