Rivercity Environmental has been delivering arboriculture, horticulture, grounds maintenance and landscape construction across South East Queensland for more than 26 years — and our northern depot is in Lawnton, right in the Moreton Bay region. That means local crews, short commutes and consistent, year-round work on council, commercial and project sites.
Crews work on parks, road corridors, schools, council reserves and streetscape upgrades across the Moreton Bay region and into northern Brisbane. You will work alongside experienced arborists, ticketed plant operators, qualified horticulturists and apprentices, with real pathways from labourer to ticketed operator to crew leader.

Pay depends on the role, tickets and experience. Entry-level outdoor labourers typically sit in the $55–65k range, ticketed crew and skilled landscapers $65–80k, and qualified climbing arborists / EWP operators $80–110k+ with penalty rates and on-call work.
